Friendly atmosphere!
I am a senior and I would like to see more balance and weight training classes. Also, at my other gyms they had high. Speed dance classes. They were a lot of fun and a great workout
The ymca makes it affordable for all incomes and my family loves going!

The extra activities at out door pool this year were a lot of fun keep it up.

Programs and staff are well put together. Friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Some front service clerk to the janitors staff are all extremely professional.

The classes are open to everyone. I have had wonderful teachers there.
I love Enhanced Fitness. It is exercise that is so beneficial to Seniors, while still
being safe enough not to cause injury. Melinda is wonderful! The staff are very
friendly and helpful, the gym is extremely clean. Torigian is truly a gift for us.
The gym is clean and covid protocols are adhered to. Instructors and staff are friendly. It is just an overall fun place to be.
I enjoy Enhanced Fitness, and Stay Fit with Deb. I would like Stay Fit to offer 2 classes per week. The Y is a very welcoming place for Seniors!
Enthusiastic instructors, fabulously clean facility, and friendly, courteous staff.
I like the many choices. I would like you to offer Debbie’s Stay Fit class twice a week. Fitness personnel recommend at least 2 hours of strength training every week. Before COVID this Y did it and should again.
I love the pool accessibility for my disabled son. He is not in a program but are able to open swim during the Thursday time slot.
The changing room was clean as well this last week!
