The classes are open to everyone. I have had wonderful teachers there.
I love Enhanced Fitness. It is exercise that is so beneficial to Seniors, while still
being safe enough not to cause injury. Melinda is wonderful! The staff are very
friendly and helpful, the gym is extremely clean. Torigian is truly a gift for us.
The gym is clean and covid protocols are adhered to. Instructors and staff are friendly. It is just an overall fun place to be.
I enjoy Enhanced Fitness, and Stay Fit with Deb. I would like Stay Fit to offer 2 classes per week. The Y is a very welcoming place for Seniors!
Enthusiastic instructors, fabulously clean facility, and friendly, courteous staff.
I like the many choices. I would like you to offer Debbie’s Stay Fit class twice a week. Fitness personnel recommend at least 2 hours of strength training every week. Before COVID this Y did it and should again.
I love the pool accessibility for my disabled son. He is not in a program but are able to open swim during the Thursday time slot.
The changing room was clean as well this last week!
Classes
I like how the staff including many of the life guards are very friendly and remembered me and my family making the surroundings not only familiar but comfortable. I have a son who is on the spectrum and sometimes has difficulties to change. The staff has been beyond great and had made activities fun and exciting for my children.
The facility is clean. Plenty of parking Nice people both fellow gym goers and staff.
I pretty much only use the pool, but it's a great pool. Always enough lanes to swim in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and there's enough space for everyone. There are great classes and programs that I haven't gotten around to signing up for yet, but I'm definitely interested!
I like the friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the pool and while place and the people in group exercising, Zumba. It is a great place. The instructors are great. I love it here. Saugus too.

I primarily use the pool bot in and out. Everyone there is just so nice and accommodating.
The extra activities at out door pool this year were a lot of fun keep it up.
I always recommend this Y to everyone.
