This is our third round of swimming lessons for our four year old twins. All three teachers that have worked with them have been great in different ways and exactly what my kids needed at the time. My son started with a huge fear of the water, and it took him seven sessions to even get into the water. While he still doesn't want his face/head wet, he no longer hesitates getting in the water and that's thanks to your instructors patience and understanding.

Exercise classes offer a variety of strength levels. Teachers are energetic and welll trained
The diversity of your programs and also your instructors. They're all excellent. The only thing I wish that it is. I wish you guys are open later in the evening.

Classes designed for seniors
I like swimming it’s a relaxing atmosphere
The times and variety of classes, morning classes work well for many seniors. Would like to see more Tia Chi classes. Many of the people who would like to take the class are in the 9:00 am swim class. If there was a class at 10:45 at end of week it would have more participants especially on Thursday. Many of us take the 11:00 chair yoga and Pilates on Monday and Tuesday so Wednesday Tia chi is perfect but an additional class on Thursday or Friday at 11:00 would be great as the yoga on Friday fills up fast and this would be a great alternative.

Love Coutney’s virtual weight class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Melrose. I am 75 years old and she is keeping me strong.

I love Enhance Fitness with Madison Rifkin. She is so personable and does a super job working us out in the manner prescribed by the course.
The programs are varied and there us something there for all abilities, ages, and interests.
