I like the atmosphere and the helpful staff. I like the 2 classes I take (Stay Fit and Zumba Gold) but wish there more of like classes/activities.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, bright and modern. Your handling of the pandemic crisis was outstanding. Classes we have taken were very good.

The classes are awesome. The instructors are always prepared, energetic and pleasant.

I have difficulty exercising on the treadmill/step or bike w/o motivation. I look forward to the classes.

The front desk help is outstanding as well. They are pleasant , courteous and helpful.

On the negative...............The locker rooms should be separated by a door. Too many kids use the men's locker room for the sauna/bathroom or shower and this is strictly wrong nowadays. I've had moms and gmas looking for their kids in the men's locker room. THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED!

Facilities are great, easy in and easy out, and machines work and are cleaned constantly. Pricey but still cheaper than gyms that aren't as nice
