The water aerobics and fitness classes are great. I love the different choices for water exercise from aerobics to deep end to total body water fitness snd the option for S’WET boot camp programs. The instructors try to keep the program fresh. There are many other options for land based classes as well. Everyone tries to be helpful.

Instructors are very knowledge and inclusive. I feel safe when participating in class. Member safety is reinforced by instructors. Building is clean and people seem generally happy. I’ve developed a rapport with the Welcome Center and look forward to a few, usually humorous, words upon check-in. I ALWAYS feel better when I leave!

Fabulous classes and instructors!
I enjoy the classes such as mat pilates and the tone and sculpture with Linda. Would love to see a class of exercise with music but not Zuma. To many steps in that class. Just an old fashion exercise class that gets your heart rate up...

I find all the instructors and classes that I've taken to be just the right amount of fun, as well as challenging.
Good facilities, generally friendly staff. No major complaints, really. I just use it for exercising but have seen the diversity of programs available.

I love everything about the Y except that they closed the hot tub, which was one of my favorite things to do. I also don't like that I can no longer use the outdoor pool unless I buy a separate membership for it.

Our family likes to make use of the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and summer camp. Facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Great place for workout and child activities.
Lots of new equipment and staff available to instruct for safe usage. Good variety of group classes although Saugus could use more, and classes for us older members that work full time are not really plentiful in the evenings, overall is not bad,
