Plenty of options for me. I enjoy the personal training with Melissa Berube. She gives alway provides excellent workout.

I have not tried anything but the pool area, but I am retiring at the end of this year and look forward to doing more after that!

Lots of options to choose from. Also enjoy free swim at pool. Only thing I would like to see is a machine to help strengthen neck muscles.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I work for a company that provides services to adults with many different abilities and the Peabody YMCA has been so very welcoming to our individuals. We have a short time frame to use their facilities because of the hours our program runs and we are welcomed each and every time we can make it there.
