I love the morning pool classes as they help me stay limber. I just started the new Sr Fitness class with Madison, that helps me build muscle tone and work on my balance. And the chair yoga classes allow me to stretch without having to get on the floor.

However one person can tie up one machine for 10 minutes, or is just chatting with someone while occupying that machine.

I don’t participate in programs. They need to relook at weight machines. Time to bring in new equipment that other gyms have. Machines have not been upgraded for years. There seems to be an overload if cardio and not enough weight train equipment

Peach: Love the 4pm classes and instructors. They all show modifications for each exercise. Also love the new kick it class! Very fun and motivating.
Pit: With regard to machines on the floor, I Wish teen boys would get off the phone and do their reps!
Also wish there was a women’s only workout area. It’s very intimidating . As an older woman, I avoid all of those weight areas. I’ll sometimes use the yoga/pilates room but that doesn’t always work out. Sometimes they’re in there right up until Pilates class starts.
The only thing that should be some more open swims cuz I like to use the pool I use it for my back

Love chair yoga with Ed and Stacy. Their classes are great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The Y is clean and accessible. I just started the new Senior Fit class with Madison and she is great!
