There’s a variety of them at different times throughout the day.
Instructors are great ! This year have taken classes mostly from Veronica and always enjoy her positive energy and encouragement that helps power me through the classes.
Also very happy with the renovations, it is very nice to have natural light and tall ceilings in a workout space.
I take my grandson for swim lessons. Classes sizes are reasonable. Instructors are friendly, engaging and very kind to the kids.

I think the classes at the Y are top notch. I especially love the chair yoga class and wish there were more of them and the senior fit class run by Kay she is phenomenal. I’ve been a member of the Y in Melrose on and off since 1988. What a great place to work out
