Great staff and facility.
Beautiful new facility with a great selection of resources and activities. The track above the basketball court is excellent. I also appreciate the steam room very much. The variety of free weights and weight-lifting equipment is outstanding. However, I have noticed that some of the fancy machines have a tendency to malfunction. Staff should check them out more often.

Love all the group exercise classes and the instructors who are very professional and knowedgeable!
everything is great and I generally love the new Y.
some small improvements:
1 need a hip adductor/abductor machine like the old Y had.
2 needs woman's only sauna for my wife, like the old Y had.
3. need an adjustable angle abd crunch platform like the old Y had.
These are very small points. This Y is outstanding! so, great job, everyone. Fantastic!!!
The new facility is beautiful and everyone that works there is kind and helpful. My kids love the open swim time at the pool!
I have not participated in any of the programs and activities. I have mostly utilized the facility for the lap pool. The new facility is fantastic. It is clean, bright, well managed and well laid out.

Nice pool (Water should be warmer) Beautiful gym and track. (I'm a pickleball player) Senior member 48 year's. Shower heads should be changed to high pressure water saving nozzels. The water pressure is terrible. The same thing for the sinks. There isn't enough pressure to clean my razor. Steam is great. The sauna someone has to turn the temperature up to at least 180 it's not hot enough. It takes a half hour or better before you sweat. (Not Good) As you well know you have a locker problem. The gray lockers are for incumbents but are being used by member's who should be using the day lockers. The rules are not being enforced.
Everything in the new building is really nice.Not so crazy about the staff and the nature of programming in the old building.

The class
I was very impressed by the staff and professionalism of the staff at Lynn YMCA. Also the classes at the Y have great instructors and are very well organized , clean and well managed. Equipment and Machines are cleaned regularly and there is always a staff nearby incase you need help.
I haven't spent a lot time there but so far the gym is beautiful with all the different workout options. And the swimming pool is great. The steam room what a fantastic job along with the sauna. I was looking for the whirlpool but everything is lovely

Amazing facility for the youth/residents of our city to stay active and engage in community activities.
This is a great asset for the people of our city to have available.
The new facility is beautiful and so far I like the water aerobics class.
My family and I enjoy YMCA a lot because the great exercise that we are doing over there

The first thing that impressed me was the employee at the front desk. When I received my key card, I told her I was going to just take a walk around and she responded with “This is your home now, so explore everywhere.” The facility is spotless and the rest of the staff I encountered were very nice. I took Y Pump and the instructor was super friendly and very engaging. She was awesome. I haven’t taken any other classes but there are so many to choose from and all are at convenient times for me. I’ll be spending lots of time here!
Group fitness!
-Very happy with the new facility and all the professionals instructors, classes are amazing. I’m really enjoying the new YMCA and I have been recommending it every time I can.
- BUT I’m very up sad about the temperature in all the studios, has been really hot, the rooms need fans urgent. I did repot it couple times for sure and still not fix.
