The facilty is so clean, the staff is so friendly and there are plenty of classes to take.
I am however, disappointed in the moving of the spin bikes. Since the new Y opened, we have been spinning on an aweseom room, spacious with mirrors on the walls. When I went to spin on Saturday, class was in the room next door that is hald the size and no more mirrors. The kicker is, that there was no calss beign held in the other room, so I wonder what the ratianol was behind moving the biked into the lesser of the 2 rooms?
Swimming pool for laps is great.

Looks clean, a lots group classes to pick from, the young man jack at front desk was very courteous.
I love how patient and involved the members are with the kids. My daughter loves her swimming classes and Basketball Skills & Drills !

Member service reps, pool staff and trainers are always pleasant and helpful. Pools, changing rooms, studios and excessive areas and immaculate. Plates, barre, yoga flow and toning classes are just what I was looking for.
It's the first time in for the veteran. He likes the offering.
Clean facilities and covid barriers between machines
I love the running 🏃♀️ machine and all the programs available for those who want to be active. The gym is great 👍 also.
I love that my whole family can go there and enjoy working out and activities
I swim laps in the morning in this wonderful facility and hope to participate in other

Great staff and facility.
Beautiful new facility with a great selection of resources and activities. The track above the basketball court is excellent. I also appreciate the steam room very much. The variety of free weights and weight-lifting equipment is outstanding. However, I have noticed that some of the fancy machines have a tendency to malfunction. Staff should check them out more often.

Love all the group exercise classes and the instructors who are very professional and knowedgeable!
everything is great and I generally love the new Y.
some small improvements:
1 need a hip adductor/abductor machine like the old Y had.
2 needs woman's only sauna for my wife, like the old Y had.
3. need an adjustable angle abd crunch platform like the old Y had.
These are very small points. This Y is outstanding! so, great job, everyone. Fantastic!!!
The new facility is beautiful and everyone that works there is kind and helpful. My kids love the open swim time at the pool!
I like the new gym. The machines, running area, swimming pool, big steam room. However, I mess the privacy that we had in the old building: the small GYM that was inside the locker room , it was super convenient. Also the sauna.
Another inconvenient is the limited number ( only two) of the family bathroom.
Hopefully this matters can have a plan to be improved.
