I phoned Mallard cycles after having a particularly hectic morning. I was astonished by Ben's over the phone enthusiasm and actually felt like my day improved. Also, I'd never bought a decent bike before and always had the family hand me downs. Mallard cycles is definitely a decent choice for your bikes and accessories and I highly recommend them.
