Our son was very excited to get a trek bike from Mallards. We found them very helpful in helping us choose the right size for our son so he will not grow out of it so quickly. The shop was very busy but they quickly helped sort us out, adjust the seat and out on a bottle holder having us on our way with the new bike. They were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely recommend them and possibly buy more bikes in the future for the rest of the family.
