Staff is super friendly. Brought my mountain bike in for a tune up. Was thinking all was well and a few issues were pointed out that could pose problems when riding. I opted to wait and the staff wasn’t pushy on the sale. That’s something that I admire most. Will be back for parts and further services. Maybe even a bike purchase if I decide to not fix up what I have! Haha

Love supporting local shops, and tho I'm in China Grove this is the closest bike shop so local enough. Friendly service and helpful answers to any questions I had. I didn't see any bike racks to lock bikes up tho they did let me roll my bike in. I do wish the city or store had a bike rack for that in the future.

Excellent customer service. Juan did a great job with helping me pick out a gift for my husband. He even came to the house to delivery the bike. My husband was able to go back to the store and he showed him everything with his bike. Great service!
