I loved the entire process from start to finish. Tina and her husband bent over backwards to help me get the best moutain bike for for me. I'm so happy and excited! I took my new bike out and it's a dream. Reasonably priced and ready to ride. I'm a complete beginner and I can't be more happy. Big thanks to Crossroads Bike Co in Clemmons! I will be back!
