We love Dogtopia! The staff is so kind and patient and really go above and beyond to make sure that our pup is well taken care of. The facility is clean and drop off and pick up are always quick and easy. Booking appointments online is so convenient. I’m very thankful to have somewhere safe and convenient to leave our pup when we can’t be with him.

I am very happy with the daycare, boarding, and salon services. Your employees are all top-notch. I am happy that there is a person in with the dogs and that there is a camera that I can check in now and then to see how the pup is doing. The only negative is that the cameras seem to go down often. This is not necessarily an employee issue but a facilities issue. But, I am very happy a Dogtopia opened in Bethpage!

The staff is friendly, patient with the pets. I like the dog cams are available to check on our pooches during specified times. The staff is responsive to emails. I like that upon request a dog can be bathed before returned home.

Dogtopia is great! From their spa to their daycare and boarding! The facility is always clean and the staff is always very nice! They are super knowledgeable and their communication is amazing! I never have to worry about my pups when they are in Dogtopia’s care!

Dogtopia is great. All of the employees love dogs. This is not the sort of place where a dog sits in a kennel cage while you are on vacation away from home. Our dog spends his days, socializing and playing with other dogs that he gets along with nicely. If two dogs have an issue with each other… They make sure to keep those dogs separated.
My only complaint is about Dogtopia’s spa services. This is the first time we paid extra money for our dog to be bathed on his last day. When we picked him up, he looked horrible. It looks like they shampooed him, rinsed the soap out and then simply release him back into the play area. Our dog is now matted all over his body. We had to pay a professional groomer $200 to get our dog back to normal.
I truly believeDogtopia is a great place, I highly recommend it. We have been using them for years. I cannot, however, say the same thing about their canine spa.
Staff was friendly and professional. My dog was evaluated and stayed for daycare. Love the place! Will be coming back and signed up for a monthly plan.
Scheduling is easy, boarding has always been available when I need it, and the whole Dogtopia team is so nice and seems to really like my dog. My dog feels the same about them!

Flexibility
My dog, Dudley, has the best time playing there with all his friends, furry and human. Every time I tune into the Webcam, Dudley is running around smiling. The staff all know his name, and greet him every time they see him.
