I love taking Nelson to daycare here. The staff is so great with my overly excited boy. They're very good with him and even text me to ask if I want his nails trimmed if they notice them getting long. He loves playing and he comes home exhausted.

The staff were so customer-oriented and responsive. I was dropping my dog for just a few hours during the middle of a long road trip, and they were so flexible and accomodating to help make everything work.

My dog, a 50 pound, mixed-breed Covid rescue, loves coming to Dogtopia and socializing with other dogs. He walks in with hardly saying good-bye and comes flying out when I pick him up. I loved the staff with not a lot of turnover and good consistency to truly know my dog.

The cameras and phone system desperatley need to be upgraded both for checking in with our girl in real time, and communicating with staff in a clear, concise manner via their IP system.

The staff members are so friendly and care about my dog
I received a tour of the facility. My puppy was given attention which helped him adjust on his visit. Everything was explained to me in detail. And I was comfortable with the level of supervision he received. All the staff is well qualified and is trained to handle and situations.
My only issue is I wasn’t able to properly see him on the web cam. But I was very pleased with everything else.
