Parts dept needs more organization. I had lots of issues with the recall on my camper. They lost the tire capacity sticker. It took from May to July to straighten out. I had another recall on the load capacity and I went directly to Grand Design. They mailed it to me in 2 weeks.
The work order system should match Virdens currently they have a different system in Wpg. Long story short Virden helped me more than Wpg. Where I bought the camper.

Trailers are well made . Sales staff are excellent. Not having owned a trailer, everyone has been very helpful and answered all my questions even ones that seemed to be obvious . Service calls have been responded to promptly. Their customer service in all departments have been exceptional. Garret C. I have recommended to everyone who has stopped by to see the trailer. His customer service has been beyond exceptional.
