I know that the system is designed to work that way, but as a long time customer and can definitely tell you that it doesn't always work. Very happy with the last 4 hair cuts that Nicole has done and will continue to see her as long as she works there.

Phoebe was phenomenal working with my daughter and myself. My 3 year old is wild and rambunctious and Phoebe took the absolute most care with her. She did an excellent job explaining my curl patterns and what she was doing to help achieve my goals of what I wanted from the cut. The tea tree products smelled amazing and Phoebe took the time to explain each product she used for my hair.

The last time I had a male barber cut my hair was while in the Navy 40 years ago. Your Newnan location has a gentleman (Darnell) and he did not disappoint. Will ask for him in the future
