Nicole was so nice and efficient. Although my haircut was relatively simple (basically a buzzcut), she made improvements to it that I didn't even register until she brought them up. She was nice to talk to, and didn't bombard me with products. It's one thing to upsell, it's another to verbally "brute force" a product that someone most likely doesn't need. She walked the line, by giving me genuine advice and recommendations to certain things, rather than a "Buy this right now, you need it" approach. As someone who works in retail, I understand these things generally work, and she did a phenomenal job doing it. I will be coming back (whenever my hair grows out again) and will be requesting for her to do my hair.
