Ronnie is simply the best.
Over the weekend, I brought my three boys to our usual Sport Clips location in Snellville. I had set aside about two hours for their haircuts. After waiting roughly 30 minutes past our first appointment time, the stylist informed us that they could not cut my sons’ hair due to its curly texture. This was surprising since we’ve consistently had their hair cut at this same location without any issues in the past.
Rather than argue, I canceled our appointments and started looking for another place that could accommodate them. Thankfully, my wife did some research and discovered that Ronnie—who we normally see—was working at the Loganville location. She scheduled an appointment there for our oldest son specifically with Ronnie.
As expected, Ronnie delivered exceptional service. She was able to cut and style my son’s hair exactly as she always has, and he left very happy. Ronnie truly represents what great customer service looks like. She not only understands how to work with my sons’ hair but also communicates clearly about what’s needed. My son only trusts Ronnie with his hair, and being able to find her again made all the difference.
This experience won’t necessarily deter us from the Snellville location, as this was the first issue we’ve ever encountered there. It may have just been an off day. However, I did want to recognize Ronnie for her consistency, professionalism, and dedication. She is the reason customers come back.

I believe it was Valerie who cut my hair aat the Newnan store. She was very pleasant and friendly. She did a great job with my haircut, and VIP experience. I have selected her as a favorite and I will return to that store to have her cut my hair again.

Edith is the reason I keep coming back. She works efficiently, listens to what I want, asks questions in the process and achieves excellence every time. I love the refreshing towel and the clean shop. Other employees are friendly and pleasant. The team there does not have a lot of turnover like other places I have been through the years. As long as Edith is there I will keep coming. She has gone above and beyond more than once to work past her schedule to serve me. She is a pleasant and nice lady. I always have a good experience.
