Best all around experience of any store I’ve ever visited. The store is always clean, the staff greets every customer like they are family, and the speed with which they work and manage their schedule is really impressive. I’ve been a client for several years now and I can’t say enough good things about Nicole and her approach towards making sure every one is taken care of no matter how busy they are. Definitely best in class from a customer service perspective.

Nicole knew the clipper number and didn’t have to ask. Most of the time I don’t remember. I have always enjoyed the MVP treatment. I was in the store some time back and Verizon lost everybody’s signal. We are from out of town so I had no way of contacting my wife. She wasn’t aware we had lost signal. Nicole offered to take me home not knowing I couldn’t leave anyway. That’s the personal touch on your customers that keep them coming back. I drive 50 miles one way to get there. If they didn’t do a great job I wouldn’t make the trip 😎👍
