Over about 5 years which is at least 15 haircuts, I've only had 1 that I wasn't all that satisfied with. The most recent 12/28/25 was the best. I like the MVP service and that I occasionally get coupons in my email for it.

2. Most of the time the wait isn't that bad
3. They keep a record of how I want my haircut, so I do not have to explain each time.

My recent visit to SportsClips was for my two sons and me for haircuts. We were helped simultaneously by all three stylists at the same time. All three were friendly and were very good with my sons.
Our family loves Jamie. She is always patient, listens, and treats us like family.
