Andres was super helpful and thoughtful our entire time working with him! We had so many changes and 2 postponements but they always made sure we were all set and all of our wedding party looked AMAZING! I previously arranged to have my wedding tuxedo provided by Men's Warehouse. I arrived to pick it up 3 days before my wedding and there were missing components and incorrect sizes. I didn't get a comfortable feeling that the discrepancies were actually going to get corrected on time. Thankfully I stumbled upon Friar Tux on Linda Vista Road and had the pleasure of running into Cole Levey. Cole understood my time constraint and situation, he reassured me that he could find a solution for me in time. Cole was able to provide me with personalized detail oriented service and I ended up with the correct fitted tuxedo on time, all the while Cole multitasked and provided the same personalized service to other customers. To say I was impressed with the service of Friar Tux would be an understatement. I have already recommended it to friends, coworkers, and family. I've seen force multipliers before and recognize how valuable they are to the success of businesses and military units. Cole is a force multiplier and Friar Tux is extremely lucky to have him as an employee. I genuinely look forward to returning to Friar Tux for my next suit or tuxedo purchase or rental.
