Had a couple issues with my initial fitting but was able to get them resolved. Someone from the store gave me a call to discuss my experience and offered a discount which was much appreciated.
A few hiccups with sizing during try on, but team was helpful and able to resolve. Everything ended up looking amazing.
The Friar Tux location where i was fitted was excellent. The associate who fitted me was quick, professional and made the experience enjoyable. I received my suit on time and everything fit perfectly.
One comment is that I received 2 emails stating my suit was overdue. Thankfully when I called, I was reassured that these were automated emails and did not reflect the return status. It took almost a week to receive an email saying they received it. This just gave me anxiety that something was missing and seemed unnecessary if it normally takes over 48 hours to receive the returned suit.
Overall, i was satisfied and I would rent form friar tux again.

Outstanding Service is why we keep going to Friar tux shop. And having a teenager that is 6’5” 320 pounds football player it’s not easy finding him a variety that fits, but they always have a large selection for him. They will continue to be our first choice.
