The staff was very helpful in helping my groom and the groomsmen pock out exactly what they wanted. When they tired everything one when they went to pick up the suits, one groomsmen's pants didn't quite fit right, but they were able to get a different pair of pants and fix those on the spot to make sure everything fit right. Thank you!
Communication with the store was easy and efficient. The fitting process was quickly done. Tux was ready when promised. Clothing was of very good quality and fit well. (Coat sleeves were a little short and shirt sleeves a little long, even given the proper length for French cuffs). I was the best dressed male at the event. Thanks for your good service.

The Gentleman that handled my rental was very professional and curtious.
I had flown into town from Italy for a wedding that I was officiating. The airline lost my luggage and I literally had no clothes except for the sweats that I wore on the plane. I had exactly 24 hours to figure out what I was going to wear to this wedding. Ended up at friar tux where I rented a suit. I wish I could remember the kids name but I was well taken care of at the Friar tux near fashion valley?. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour with a suit that fit. Awesome! I wish I could remember the names of the people that worked at that store. They were incredible.
The service was excellent.. my man with the herringbone hat on who helped me during my fitting and pick up was “money”.. A1 service all around.

Kat who served us on the first day was amazing. She deftly handled numerous (7 iirc) fittings at the same time while graciously attending to those who had dropped in. I didn't get the name of the second gal that served us in the final fitting. She had I think 5 waiting and clearly, as with Kat, had been trained well. They didn't show any signs of frustration or being upset, but it was clear as many waited patiently that more employees would be helpful. We were in the shop both times over 30 min and others I know waited longer. It was of no fault of your employees, it's just the process takes time and when you add multiple customers, an employee can only do so much. Thanks for the terrific experience. My son had a great banquet!
