Love the atmosphere, friendly staff and dog play areas with lots of space and activities. My dog is always so happy to come. Only suggestion is for earlier hours to open on the weekends vs. 10am.

Only drawback is a recent change to the 1/2 hours. They are fixed instead of flexible; either morning or afternoon. My needs are more in the middle of the day so I probably won't be using the 1/2 days.

I love the friendly care and playtime Duke receives.
Areas for improvement:
-Responsiveness with phone calls in the AM (wish we could get quick yes/no on last minute appointments for daycare). I understand staff is short and that it is peak drop-off time... but it is also a time when sometimes we need to scramble to know if he can have a day or not.
- Wish the third room was finally open. Toybox seems overcrowded and some dogs should shift to the gym and romper room. Seems some larger dogs are in toybox that look "too big" for that room.
- in the "old days" at another Dogtopia years ago, we used to get more information / updates on how our dog was doing, behaving, etc. We miss the extra touch of being told how his day was.
Max had a wonderful experience. He left happy, proud and with a bounce in his step. He looked shiny and smelled lovely.
My dog really enjoyed his doggie daycare and came home happy and tired!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My dog loved them all even the male staff member! My dog has always be cautious of guys but not at this daycare he was acting like his normal crazy fun self. I'm definitely returning!
Everyone at Dogtopia is so nice and welcoming. I love the way they treat every single dog like a star and they know how important our pups are for us!
My dog, Louie, loves going to Dogtopia. He gets enough playtime to burn up a lot of his puppy energy. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I love that Louie can get bathed and have his nails clipped while he's there. We're both happier now!

the people who work their takes an interest in your dog and shares their day with the parents at pick up. Plus I have a broken foot walking w crutches. A nice lady from their helped me bring my dog to my car. I was very thankful.
