The entire team was thoughtful and caring in helping us work through our puppy's anxiety in going to daycare. They were very loving with her and helped her transition into day care and loves it. And we love it because she is tired and not eating everything in our house. She has also started to be more social with other dogs. We highly recommend the staff and facilities, they are great!

Dogtopia Falls Church has been a game changer for me. As a single person with a new puppy in a pandemic, where I was still going into the office, I was really struggling and unhappy with leaving her in the crate so much. I had tried some other daycares in the DC area and was not thrilled with the service. I tried Dogtopia in December and haven't looked back.
The facility is so clean with a good amount of space and good structure to the day. The staff are SO friendly and welcoming and I feel like they care about my pup as much as I do. The grooming services being on site are great. I love that I can text with them and watch my dog on the webcam. If you have a high energy dog, this is a great alternative to a day in the crate/dog walker - I am so much happier dropping my dog off instead of leaving her on her own.

Dogtopia Falls Church has been amazing to our dog Bailey. When Bailey first got here she was very timid and shy of the staff and even the dogs when she got inside. Now she has gained confidence inside the daycare and outside. She’s confident and seems so much happier than we’ve ever seen her. She loves coming to daycare and now runs up to everyone so she can greet them! On top of that we’ve always received great and quick service and they are always accommodating!

I heard Dogtopia from my friend. But she suggested the Dogtopia in McLean. But I live in Falls Church. So I did search and find the Dogtopia in Falls Church. The only reason that it reaches much less 5 star is that it is almost a new place started in Oct. 2020. I gave it a try. The staffs there are very friendly. All the process are very great! Julia guided me through the registration process and the first time meeting. I strongly recommend it to anyone who lives close to Falls Church to visit this business. They are great!
Julie is an absolute Angel. She remembers everyone's names, details, and is just the kindest and most welcoming person. I love watching the Instagram of the dogs playing and the whole thing makes me feel so comfortable with leaving my doggie daughter with them while I return to work after a year at home. We are very new, but so far I have been impressed with the friendly staff, the positive approach to managing dogs, the transparency with video, and the cleaning and upkeep of the facilities. Also, the person who evaluated my dog dealt with him masterfully. She clearly knows dogs, and she handled him with kindness. I feel good about leaving my dog there for the day!
