I love when I see a coach walk up to a pup and talk to them. It’s a beautiful friendship to see on camera. I also love the smiling faces that greet me in the mornings from the front desk team.

Friendly staff, webcam is fun to check out on my break at work. Most importantly my dog likes being there and comes home tired.

I tried Dogtopia for grooming bc we can walk there (dog gets carsick.) I’ll return bc staff are efficient, friendly, and seem to genuinely like dogs. My dog is a Beagle, so no hair cut involved, just a bath and the best nail job he’s ever had.

The African American woman who helped me was super nice and conversational. She is definitely an asset to hold as she seems to be good at her job and can relate to customers well. She not only engages with customers but gives me a sense that she is ensuring my pet is being well taken care of. I don't think she would allow my pet to be neglected or mistreated. She was a pleasure to interact with.
