Antoine Hawkins is the best Sr. Sports Director I have ever encountered! He takes the time to get to know the athletes and their families, and has an ‘open door’ policy whenever I have a question or concern!

I loved our instructor. He had great activities for the kids and interacted with them to demonstrate new techniques. I also appreciated his send off dances such as The Wheels On The Bus and other nursery rhymes. I will definitely be back.

I enjoy the group exercise classes. It would be great if Bryan Y offered a 6:00am class on Thursdays and Fridays (maybe another Body Pump and Yoga).

The Ants Camp and after school programs have been wonderful experiences for my son.

Adult activities
I miss the 9:15 a.m. Kickboxing class that was given on Tuesdays. Will there be a continuation of this class in the near future?

Along with the pricing and the variety there is something for everybody at the YMCA and you can utilize the classes and work at your own pace and it appears largely judgment free

I love aerobic class. Fellowship with other. Great excercise to keep you feeling good. We have a lovely teacher in Joan.
