Adult activities
I miss the 9:15 a.m. Kickboxing class that was given on Tuesdays. Will there be a continuation of this class in the near future?

Along with the pricing and the variety there is something for everybody at the YMCA and you can utilize the classes and work at your own pace and it appears largely judgment free
I use the Cardio room and weight machines. Everything is clean and the staff is great. The have a great variety of equipment.

The instructors, class times and building an active community around me.
Always support if I need it! Staff is very kind…

The diversity of the participants and the ability for children all over the city to be able to participate in some form of sports recreation . The YMCA has a “family” feel and is a great place to build relationships, old and new.

I love that I can reserve a swim lane! Due to health restrictions, I cannot do much of anything except swim. And I am so grateful I can reserve a lane and know that I will be able to get my workout done. I have joined a global challenge to swim 100 miles in 2022. I’m right on track to complete the challenge with about 65 miles completed. Every mile completed at the Bryan YMCA so far. My doctors say : 👍🏻 Thumbs up. Keep going.
I love the open space for core workouts
I love the fitness facility and fitness classes. Also children's programming.
We are new to this YMCA but you treated us nice you even offered to our family some gift(shopping to my 13 yrs old son).
