I appreciate the programs and activities offerings. I'm very happy to see some of the facilities are being repaired or replaced. Sometimes the group exercise room needs more cleaning than it gets - especially the weight storage room.
I enjoy the atmosphere, the social aspects and the workout options. I currently an using a Personal Trainer and am happy with that also. Finally, there's a good gang to have coffee with, after a morning workout.
Caroline Duncan is my personal trainer and she is excellent. She cares about her clients and their goals. She always has a well- thought out and doable plan that gets me to my goals in a safe and productive way. She is also a wealth of knowledge about health and how the body works.
Rachel Lowman is excellent. Very knowledgeable about how to get results safely.

Everything is great, I love coming hear to work out and utilize the unique indoor track. There are two exceptions however, first not enough 55-65 lb. weights and second, Locker No. 19 across from the handicap bathrooms is always full of junk even though it says "Day Use Only".
Scheduling is convenient.
Love The consistency of the programs and activities there’s always something to do. NO REGRETS!

I love the swimming programs, the support routines in the gym, YMCA is a great team.
I enjoy the facility amenities at Kathleen Bryan location. There are always plenty of exercise machines available when I go no matter the time.

I live in College Last name removed. The location and parking are really good and the weight room is well equipped even compared to most commercial gyms.
I like the fellowship and facility!
I like the swimming pool, the irregular Spa. But it is really disappointing to have permanently a cold Sauna. Why Sauna is always cold ? The maintenance team in charge of Sauna should set a good temperature. A sauna that doesn’t make someone sweat is not Sauna.

I have worked with Aaron for 3-4 months. He listens to me as a person, not just a job. My condition has improved tremendously since working with him. He makes suggestion on the exercise program and makes sure I am ok with them. working with him has decreased my pain and improved my mobility.
I have been a member of the Y for about 20 years now. I always appreciate the variety and number of activities, the machines and equipment--more than I can use, really. Most of all, I appreciate the friendly atmosdphere, my trainer's positive attitude. Moreover, Amanda has taken the time to learn about my medical condition and its special needs.
