I love my water arerobics instructor Cindy Helms! She's awesome.
My involvement/activities are strictly pool and swimming. Three days a week, on good weeks. Staff at front desk is friendly when I arrive, which is very important to most members, I would think. Consistency could be improved. Pool staff likewise. A smile and a hello are hard to beat.
Really like—and appreciate—the online sign-up for a pool lane. SO much better to know you have a lane than to make the effort, change to swimsuit, shower, and . . . walk in to a pool full of swimmers. Hope it’ll be permanent.
Would like to see longer hours for weight room, including Sundays

It is good to hear more hours will be added. The weight area could use more benches. One adjustable bench has a broken seat back and both are missing their adjustment knobs. Everything else has been great!
Thank you for caring staff willing to go out of their way to assist members in need. Maintenance staff person Tim was kind in sharing some zip ties with me so I could secure the loose wheel cover on my automobile.

I love the pool; I love Silver Sneakers; I love the people I meet; I love the staff.
Love the pool, hot tub and that you may reserve swim lanes and times
I appreciate that there are so many class options and that the class sizes are small enough that the kids get individual Assistance. I do wish however that they stayed in the water the entire time because the aquatics area is cold and when your child is 3 they are shivering sitting on the side of the pool. Other than that I love the classes
