The people are very friendly. It’s a lot of exercise machine to work out on. I haven’t done any of the program but they look like they gonna be great fun when I do start and the pool is amazing.

The swimming pool is now warmed up, and the sauna is really very well set.
I like how the YMCA caters to the different age groups. From the elderly to the younger heart. It’s refreshing to see and feel the warmth of the staff interact with the customers.

The instructors do an excellent job, keeping us on point. I like the 9 a.m. exercise class because we get a good workout and morale is high. Also, the music selections are uplifting. The Friday swim class is fun. I can feel the difference in my limbs..they are stronger.
