I really enjoy the step classes on Saturday morning. Justin brings the energy and motivation to help jump start the day.
Pickleball is my new favorite sport!! The instructors (James and Bob) are extremely patient and encouraging for anyone who wants to learn.
Exercise classes, line dance
I like the opportunity to play BINGO, go swimming, use of the sauna and exercise equipment. I also like the activities that are planned to engage the senior citizens.

I really appreciate the variety and quality of programs and activities offered at the YMCA. There is something for everyone at the Hayes Taylor YMCA, and I love how inclusive and welcoming the environment is. Whether it’s fitness classes, youth sports, swim lessons, or community events, the YMCA consistently provides well-organized and engaging opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. I especially enjoy the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who always make an effort to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. I also appreciate how the YMCA emphasizes personal development, teamwork, and community values. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and the variety of scheduling options makes it easy to find something that fits into my routine. El maestro Thomas es excelente enseñando a sus alumnos a perder el miedo al agua y enseñándolos que con la debida precaución, el conocimiento y prácticas adecuados se pueden lograr mucho. Mis hijos (de 5 y 6 años) aprendieron mucho con él, me gustaría que abrieran otra vez el curso de natación para los más pequeños
