Instructor Dawn makes water fitness a lot of fun! The lifeguard is friendly and makes sure we follow the rules for safety. And lately the water temperature has been perfect for these old bones of mine!😂
The water class i take is wonderful. Dawn is a great teacher snd makes it fun. It is a workout though and my joints benefits from the water

Treadmill and the swimming pool are my favorite activities. Can not wait for the up coming steam room. I have tried pickle ball so many fun activities.
