I have been a long time user of the Parking Spot at KCI and appreciate being able to leave my car in a safe and secure lot. It is so easy to get off the plane and find a PS shuttle to take me back at the end of the trip.
Overall experience really made going out of LAX less stressful.

I was bringing a wheelchair for my injured ankle. The two drivers I had coming and going were very helpful in putting the wheelchair onto and off of the bus. The driver on my return trip when I arrived at The Parking Lot around 5 AM was particularly polite, kind and helpful to me. I'm sorry I did not get his name.

The Parking Spot is convenient. I know I am guaranteed a spot to park. The drivers to the terminal are Always patient, kind and helpful. Getting picked up from the airport back to my car is timely. I think the longest I have ever waited for a shuttle is 15min. I will always use your services.
The team at the Hartford Parking Spot are the absolute best!! I used to use the self park but once I tried the valet service, I have never gone back to self park.
