Friendly staff and quality food
Superb service and exceptional food quality.
The food was outstanding (trout pate, smoked scallop, fried clams, soft shell crabs). The wine list was interesting and varied - we had a bottle of white rioja (unusual to see on a menu) and a vermintino from CA (also unusual as you don't often see this from CA). Our waitress, kellie, was outstanding. She knew about every wine we asked about, and her recs on the menus were spot on. The only downside to the meal was that the patio was being worked on that day (gutter repairs). But that's really an issue of our bad luck in timing, not a fault of the restaurant. And it gives us a reason to go back, and soon! We have already recommended lure to several people and will continue to do so.

The service was superior from receiving a call the day of to confirm my reservation to our waiter Colin and all of the other servers who assisted him. When I received a call the day of to verify my reservation I was left a voicemail and called back and asked about handicap accessible and the host explained about valet. We were celebrating my birthday and I was happy to get a complimentary dessert with a lit candle. I enjoyed the food, my cocktail and it was fun diding there! Everyone was nice and held the doors for me. I would return again!
Service stood out as being very attentive. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and drink options were interesting and everything was well prepared. We look forward to returning to Lure.

Good food, good service and the clam bellies :). Seriously, darn hard to get clam bellies in the South and Lure works its' magic to do that. The food is good from the excellent catfish salad at lunch through to the fish and chips. Love the outside dining area. I go to Lure for lunch and dinner frequently.
