Great menu, great service
The beautiful new building, the great staff, and most of all the amazing food.
I surprised my husband by taking him to Lure for our anniversary. Our waitress inquired about our plans for the evening and made sure we we served in time to make the play we were attending that evening. She also inquired about allergies -- I'm allergic to shellfish -- so she was able to point out some things that could have posed problems for me. Needless to say, I felt well taken care of. The food was great - no outrageous diet- killing portions. We didn't think we had time for dessert, so they surprised us by giving us their dulce de leche brownies to go as an anniversary gift. Wow! Delicious! We loved sitting under the pergola. It was just a great evening.

I have now been to Lure several times. Usually the experience is excellent. Above average at its worst. The kitchen and the bar both do fantastic obviously not every server is perfect. Several foodie friends speak of Optimist, Lure is HANDS DOWN better on every option of quality. You are becoming my go to spot in midtown.
