I like the facilities, they are nice. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of classes and activities. There is plenty of parking and the facility is easy to access.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

If one is at all serious about his physical health and well being, our local Hamburg Y offers as good a place as there is in the nation for one to swim, walk on the track, take water and exercisse classes, and to enjoy and be challenged by a vast array of exercise equipment. To compliment all this are strong and caring leaders like Director Dana Ensley, and Amber Serres, Director of Operations who establish and maintain a positive social/psychological climate where those with whom they work and supervise display a cooperative spirit of "we are here to make your experience at our Y safe and enjoyable" instead of an attitude that "this Y would be a pretty good place if it were not for its attendees!" I am very proud of and grateful for our local Hamburg YMCA!

I like the walking track and the lap swimming. Most of time I can find a vacant lane to swim laps.
