I LOVE cardio drumming with Rene! Would love to have it offered a second time during the week.

I also appreciate child care. Would appreciate longer hours. :)

I love the fitness classes, but also love the water. Taking a class or just on my own as the water is the only therapy can get for my knees and arthritis.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Convenient. Clean. Staff is personable and pleasant.
Dislikes-everyone is on the phone. Some like to sit on a workout station and talk while others are waiting. Then, when I ask to use said station, the person is offended that I would be so bold to ask. Amazing really.
And phones in the locker room. Should not have to tell almost grown men to follow the rules.
Seeing more and more people completely disregarding everyone else around the hottub area. Just sitting there on the edge taking up space where someone else could be getting a little therapy. Again, offended that they would be asked to make space.

Great instructors and clean facilities. Helpful volunteers that are always willing to seek answers to your questions. So happy for the pool. Reformer machines and equipment. A great place to exercise and meet friends.

I've only used the training program and it's wonderful. I really enjoy working with Missy. The machines and pool are also great.
