What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have yet to have someone show me how to use the weight machines or do water aerobics but plan to. I have just been using the treadmill or recumbent bike or both. I wish they could fix every treadmill so that you could get Netflix consistently on each treadmill which I have asked a couple times for that to be fixed to no avail. Sometimes you can start watching Netflix and then it cuts off after 20 min. and I have to switch to my phone. It is the cleanest gym I have ever been to which as an RN is important to me. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have started the Pilates classes on the reformer at the Y, and I am very pleased. I have taken in a private studio for several years, but it was sold and wanted to find a new place. Thank you for offering this.
I have always felt safe at the Y and I am beyond thankful we do not have to wear masks anymore. I cannot exercise and breath in a mask-so I was unable to use the facilities for quite some time!

I love the group classes. The community and family feel. I have been coming to the Y since I was a kid. Now I am an adult and would not go anywhere else.
