I swim and do not participate in other activities thus far.

I absolutely love the classes! The instructors are amazing and make the classes fun.
My favorite classes are Lift and Kettlebell (I hope they will add more)! I am so much stronger, healthier and so much more energy than I had before starting 5 months ago.

We are not in any programs at this time. We do like the walking track. But are unable to use pool, hot tub or equipment due to husband just having back surgery. Hope to be able to do these at a later date.

Only using the pools. Kids friendly. There is always a place for everyone to swim.

Your pool is fairly well kept up.
The hot tub is big and the stairs are spaced perfectly for those of us with back or knee problems.

A warm pool for Aquatic therapy would be nice to have.

An Aqua exercise program would be even better for you to start, especially now that you are doing Silver Sneakers.

I was a member of the YMCA in middle tennessee for many years-----
and have become a regular member at whitaker family YMCA.
Whitaker YMCA is as good as the best one in middle tennessee.
I enjoy the hot tub/sauna/steam room and recreation pool.
I enjoy EVERYTHING about the Whitaker Y.

The facility and classes are amazing. There was a Soul Fusion class that replaced the BARRE class on July 28 that was the best fitness group class ever! Would love to see that on the regular schedule!

Been out of town, have not bee in fir a while, but need to be able to get in classes or have access to get in to one when it is possible for customer. Had been a real problem. Are there still limits due to cdc rules and regulations ? ?

I like how it has updated equipment. The bathrooms are big and spacious and clean. I will say I was impressed
