I believe the Whitaker Family YMCA is properly managed and staffed with people who show compassion, concern, and helpfulness to members and visitors. Activities and opportunities are available for all ages. The facility is clean and easily accessible from the main thoroughfare, Sir Barton.

I'm retired so I enjoy that stationary bikes are readily available when I come.

I am pleased to say that I have found a friend in the Nu-Step Machine. It helps me to remain flexible at the age of 76 yrs. I have made acquaintance with some folks who.use this facility, also. The staff is friendly, and address me by my first.name. The Whitaker YMCA has become a second home for me.

I like spinning class. The instructors are great. Wish more classes

I love the community, the group exercise classes and the relationships I have had with other members, the friendly staff, and the events!!

Silver sneakers yoga and using the fitness equipment are my favorite activities.

Clean facility, large and well equipped exercise rooms, lots of varied classes, swimming pool is large and clean.

I like the Silver Sneakers programs. Great for the exercise but the social aspect is really important as well. The instructors are really good, too.

Lap Swimming every morning. Great hot tub, and saunas. Shower facilities are first class too.

Yoga pilates Zumba

Facility is well laid out and clean. All equipment and facilities are functional. Just missing racket ball courts. I love this Y facility. Wish Frankfort could offer same.

Instructors thus far have been full of positive energy and fun for classes. Will continue to attend same classes!

Activities for all ages

I love the group classes, esp the SS classes which are very invigorating and fun. Gina and Erica who are the instructors are great and create such a friendly atmosphere. Would like to see more!
