I love the classes that are offered.
I like the balance offered by the YMCA. The pool and hot tub are fabulous to have all the time but especially in the winter; other activities are great and I am hopeful to begin taking advantage of those more when I have more free time. I do wish that you could provide on-staff trainers to help and motivate us to get into better shape. Their monitoring of progress would really be helpful. Limited, fixed retirement budgets don't lend themselves to paying for trainers. It would also be very nice if you could go back to your pre-Covid hours and stay open until 10:00 pm on weeknights. We enjoy a tremendous place to get healthier--you are to be commended for making it such a nice place for your patrons.
Whitaker YMCA is a very nice facility with friendly people operating it. Clean, spacious, convenient amenities. The shallow end of the lap pool should have been another six inches deeper and the lane closest to the recreational area has some kind of current (not electrical) running through it at the deep end making swimming difficult...?

We love the programs, but you seem to be losing instructors, especially at the Hamburg location, for cycling. It would be great to have more evening offerings of classes.

The pool and fitness room look amazing ! While I didn’t have time to check it out this time we were there for basketball practice- will check out next time!

The people are friendly, the machines are generally clean and I love my personal trainer. I don’t see a lot of out of order signs on the machines like at some other places.

Clean and orderly..
Your pools are better than others in design and set up for customers' privacy. The hot tub is more spacious than the others and also modern. you have sliding spaces into pools for kids that are not anywhere else in YMCA Lexington. That is why I come more to Whitaker than to others. In other programs, you may be equal.

I use the pool
Attended water aerobics with instructor Dorothy. She is a great instructor. Pool was crowded, but probably because of Dorothy. Nice facility. Clean.
