Even though I haven't taken the time to get trained on the automatic circuit, I am looking forward to learning how to use it. I use the walking track regularly as I have bad knees and need the cushioned surface. It is a God-send. Thank you for making these things available to members!

Good selection of cardiovascular exercises. in particular the Concept2 rowing machines.
By the way, please keep up the good work in maintaining the machines by
1 regular cleaning of the inside of the fan housing and
2. light oiling of the chain.

The hours are good. Open early. Close reasonable time.

Negative - the weight machines are extremely dirty. The visual dirt is stuck down I. There where it’s been coming off shoes. Sweat or whatever. Weight machines need a real clean
