The wide variety

My purpose is to workout with their different equipment which are many. Find myself there for almost 2hours 3 or 4 times weekly. A good place to keep your body tuned-up and to make friends. Also, the staff is committed, very friendly to their patrons and make sure their workouts are enjoyable.

They are very engaging

Very welcoming.

A wide, varied schedule which is convenient for me. Instructions share their knowledge to protect us as well as to encourage us to be our best. People are very friendly & are eager to chat. We get fellowship along with fitness. I’m very glad I move to the Y.

I personally love the silver sneaker programs, yoga and aerobics. And the indoor track is wonderful.

Classes and activities for many different levels. When I was recovering from a knee injury, I easily found Silver Sneakers Classes that I could take.
Helpful and patience people at front desk. If they don't know answer to a question, they will find out.

This Y is very close to our home. It seems clean, and well staffed with friendly, helpful people.So far we’ve only used the gym and cardio equipment, as well as our son uses open gym frequently. Love it! Wish we started this years ago. Thank you!

I love the community the Y builds. It is for everyone!

Clean, variety, consistency... the only thing i do not recommend is the undependable volunteer depending kids activities (soccer and basketball)... we need actual coaches for this!

Love the water exercise programs but they are very crowded - Please consider adding more classes.
My husband has had lots of health issues and has just been released to re-join the Y - Erin Thomas did an excellent introduction to the machines and setting up him a exercise program.
