I like the morning exercise opportunities such as yoga with Josette, barre and mat Pilates with Monika, functional fitness with Rachel, and mat pilates with Dana.

Kids sports programs are great, I would like to see more youth sports opportunities like wrestling or other grappling sports i.e Judo, BJJ….etc. those would be good since you already have the facility for it. Actual coaches on staff would be helpful.

There are so many options and so much support. I have really enjoyed the classes. Dana is AMAZING! I also appreciated getting connected with Erin, for my success appointment. The Y wants me to succeed! I love it!

The wide variety
My purpose is to workout with their different equipment which are many. Find myself there for almost 2hours 3 or 4 times weekly. A good place to keep your body tuned-up and to make friends. Also, the staff is committed, very friendly to their patrons and make sure their workouts are enjoyable.

Very welcoming.
A wide, varied schedule which is convenient for me. Instructions share their knowledge to protect us as well as to encourage us to be our best. People are very friendly & are eager to chat. We get fellowship along with fitness. I’m very glad I move to the Y.
I personally love the silver sneaker programs, yoga and aerobics. And the indoor track is wonderful.
