I love that i could try the pilates reformer class for free; had a knee replacement and not sure i would be able to use that equipment- so helpful and I will be signing up; I love how friendly the staff is; it is what helped me break the ice to come and I know now there is always someone there to help me.
All the resources I need to stay healthy are right there at the YMCA. I enjoy the martial arts program the best.

Plenty of classes to choose from. Equipment plentiful and well maintained.
The staff members are outgoing and friendly, the facilities are clean, & the programming offers something for every skill level (and at convenient times).
The gym is smaller than Whitaker, but it’s clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I wish the shower was bigger, but everything was pretty clean and organized.
I like the indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball, weight machines and exercise classes!

Come ride the exercise, bike and treadmill, and walk on the walking trail
Love the Karate for kids and the childcare, yoga and Zumba for me.
Enjoyed getting to learn about the great machines and also enjoyed the walking track. Nice people too.
Group exercise classes
Charlotte (barre) and Jordan (yoga) are excellent with leading the classes. It’s very inspiring and even if the physical effort is obviously challenging, at least for me, it doesn’t feel like a toil at all.
Easy to access. Everyone is very helpful. Time to use is open, except for Sunday, but understand that that’s a day to have some free time. Total experience is very good for me.
