Friendly staff, clean and good hours. I mostly use the gym and occasionally cardio equipment.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am so pleased with this YMCA. I swim 30mins each in lap and exercise pool 4-times a week. Finding a lap lane is never a problem as I use the Dexko app to first check if any special activities. The locker room and shower areas are always clean and airy. My PT recommended the Y in conjunction with his program and I'm glad he did.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Having an inside pool is a great alternative to exercise if you can’t use body weight or lifting. They keep the pools clean and inviting. Also, the pool exercise classes look fun and they are always full!

I love the group workout classes. Specifically, Pam’s classes, Amanda’s high fitness class and Jeff’s spinning class.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the facility and broad range of gym equipment, as well as the variety of exercise classes offered. The staff and instructors are great! I love what the Y stands for and the things they do to serve kids.

Love the recumbent exercise bikes with videos of French countryside. Enjoy using the weight machines.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Would like to see the Karate classes back in the Martial Arts room. Does not seem fair that we have to pay extra for a program but are not allowed to use the correct facility.

Be nice to extend out door pool season- at least on weekends
Child care appreciated.
Nice if there were classes for special needs children- ie swimming or basketball for Downs chidren

Although water aerobics classes have been disrupted the warm pool is open and can provide an excellent individual workout.
