All the other instructors and staff are very friendly and make an effort to call me by name. Wish the class listings were back to pre-Covid levels soon.

The staff is completely friendly. The accommodations are first place. If you want to learn about a certain machine all you have to do is ask.

My family likes the outdoor and indoor pool for the kids, and the child care services offered so that the adults can have a workout (without the kids).

The programs not only promote physical health, but also foster feelings of mental and social well-being. A sense of community is the overarching benefit of the Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I’m an older adult and I enjoy the Silver Sneakers classes. I also enjoy the Functional Fitness class. All the instructors are great and make the classes fun so exercising doesn’t ever feel like a chore or something you just have to do.

I love PNO! The childcare is a game changer for this mama. So grateful to have a place I can get some time to myself while my daughter gets to play and be cared for.

The lap pool is kept at warmer temp and has great life guards and most of the time we have lanes open!
